Quality of raw materials

The physical properties of sulphur (< 0.003%) and phosphorus (< 0.015%) have reached the standard of high performance steel.

Extremely strong absorption energy

Absorption energy of drill pipe body and welding belt is much higher than API 5DP standard.

Traceability

Drill pipe fittings are made by welding the drill pipe joints to the tube body after thickening and heat treatment. The above important parts of the drill pipe have codes and records that can be traced.

Advanced Design

The transition zone of the thickening end is designed to be more smooth and extended according to the actual needs, so as to reduce stress concentration and prolong service life.

Accurate straightness

The eccentricity of the drill pipe body and the thickening end, the linearity of the pipe body and the joint, and the overall straightness of the drill pipe are much higher than the requirements of API 5DP.
